Cranberry-Orange Relish

his traditional accompaniment to a holiday meal creates
extra time on the holiday - you make it at least one day before!

INGREDIENTS:
1 package fresh cranberries
2 oranges (seedless)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
– Chop cranberries fine in blender or food processor.
– Cut oranges into quarters and using the whole orange, chop fine in blender or food processor.
– Add sugar and mix well.
– Put in covered dish in refrigerator at least 1 day before serving.
