Heirloom Tomato Greek Salad

his salad is so beautiful and delicious that people will be fighting over it at the dinner table! Try to coarsely chop all the vegetables to the same size but make them small enough to make a "perfect bite"-one of everything on your fork.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound mixed heirloom tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 English cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
- ½ medium red onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup Athenos reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 tablespoons Garlic Expressions salad dressing
(in the produce department)
Instructions:
Just before you're ready to eat, cut up all the vegetables and toss them with the cheese and salad dressing in a salad bowl. Do not refrigerate the tomatoes unless you have leftover salad.
