Ingredients:
- 1 lime

- 1 small papaya
- 1 small package Gelson's Finest fruit salad in juice (in the produce department, about ½ pound)

Wash the lime and cut it in half around the middle. Squeeze both halves into the bowl.
Measure out 1 teaspoon of honey into the bowl. Use a spoon to mix the honey and lime juice together until the honey dissolves.
Wash the papaya. Put it on a plate and cut it in half long ways through the stem end. Use the spoon to gently scoop out any black seeds into the garbage. Put one half on each plate.
Divide the fruit salad among the two papayas, placing the fruit into the cavity where the seeds were.
Mix the lime juice and honey again and pour half of it over one of the papaya cups and the other half over the remaining papaya cup.
Use a fork to eat the fruit salad and a teaspoon to scoop bites out of the papaya.
