Turkey Salad Wraps

ou won't believe how easy and tasty these healthy turkey salad wraps are until you try them! The mild salsa adds flavor and vegetables without adding spice, so kids are sure to like it. If you're packing this for school lunch, be sure to keep it cold with an ice pack and an insulated lunch bag.
Ingredients:
- 9 ounces Gelson's Carving Cart turkey breast,
chilled and cubed
- 5 tablespoons Gelson's Finest mild salsa
- 2 tablespoons Horizon Organic plain
nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Best Foods Light mayonnaise
- 1/3 avocado, diced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas, large size
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 3 slices Horizon Organic American cheese
Instructions:
Combine the chilled cubed turkey breast with salsa, yogurt, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add the diced avocado and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of cheese on each tortilla. Spoon 3 of turkey salad mixture on each pita. Fold over top and bottom edges of pita and roll right edge towards the left to wrap.
