Naturally raised California-grown lamb is available in the spring, and Rocky Mountain lamb is delivered to our stores in the fall and winter months.

Gelson's Seafood Department is staffed with knowledgeable associates who are trained to follow strict quality control guidelines, along with health and safety regulations, in order to ensure you receive only the finest and freshest seafood available. For your convenience, we will also shell and devein shrimp, crack whole crabs and cook live lobsters free of charge.

Our buyers choose only premium center cuts from fish that are top of the catch. We carry more than 20 different types of saltwater and freshwater fish, including Ahi tuna, soft-shell crab, Sterling farm-raised salmon, and Atlantic Norwegian salmon. Certified Seafood Specialists hand-pick fish and shellfish, which are displayed on ice in temperature-controlled cases. We also carry shrimp platters in several sizes which are perfect for holiday parties, family gatherings, and other entertaining needs.
