Mediterranean Yogurt Dip

his delicious Lebanese-inspired dip makes for a satisfying protein-rich snack. Be sure to make it with enough time for the flavors to blend.

    Ingredients:
  • 1 5.3-ounce container Fage Total 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Valbreso Feta cheese, finely crumbled
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • -Pinch cayenne pepper
    Serving Suggestions:
    - Vegetable crudités such as Harvest veggie sticks
    - Sesmark gluten-free brown rice crackers
    - Mediterranean whole-wheat pita
    Instructions:
  1. Stir together yogurt, garlic, crumbled cheese, salt and cayenne. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving and up to several days. Serve cold or at room temperature with vegetables, crackers or warm whole-wheat pita.
