his is a simple weeknight recipe. The keys to making the fish flavorful are to marinate for a good amount of time (several hours is better than one hour) and to spoon the marinade over the fish once while it is cooking.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Galeos miso ginger wasabi dressing
- 2 teaspoons Yamasa less salt soy sauce
- 4 5-ounce wild salmon fillets, rinsed and patted dry
- -Cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon JFC toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
Combine dressing and soy sauce in a large zipper bag. Add salmon and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator at least one hour and up to one day.
Preheat broiler and spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange salmon pieces in dish so they are not touching one another and pour marinade over fish. Broil seven to nine minutes, until tops are brown and fish flakes easily with a fork, spooning marinade over fish after four minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds.
