Simple Sautéed Cauliflower
Serves 3
printer friendly version

y daughter gobbles this up when I make it for her. I love this simple dish because it is so easy and it can be made with other frozen or fresh vegetables, like broccoli and Brussels sprouts. It works best when all of the pieces are about the same size, so tear or cut any large cauliflower florets.

    Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 16-ounce bag Springfield frozen cauliflower, defrosted or 3 ½ cups fresh steamed cauliflower
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    Instructions:
  1. Heat olive oil and garlic over medium heat in a 12-inch frying pan. Cook 1 minute. Add cauliflower and cook until the edges start to brown, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
