Creamy Dill Shrimp

Serves: 10

hrimp and fresh dill, a combination sure to please your guests when you serve this appetizer! For that extra special touch, serve in Belgian Endive or Radicchio cups for a wonderful splash of color!

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons fresh dill -- sliced
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 small red onion -- slice thin
    2 pounds shrimp, peeled & deveined -- poached
    DIRECTIONS:
    – Combine all of the ingredients, except the onion and the shrimp. Stir well until blended.
    – Stir in the onion and the shrimp. Refrigerate overnight or until the flavors blend.

    PRESENTATION NOTES:

    Can be served in Belgian endive or radicchio cups.
