This is great served alongside spicy dishes or as a dip for pita or lavosh bread.
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces Horizon Organic "Plain and
Simple" Fat Free Yogurt, stirred
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill, minced
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- - dash white pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and serve.
Can be made, covered and refrigerated up to 2 hours in advance.
