Cucumber Yogurt Salad

This is great served alongside spicy dishes or as a dip for pita or lavosh bread.

    Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces Horizon Organic "Plain and
    Simple" Fat Free Yogurt, stirred
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill, minced
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • - dash white pepper

    Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and serve. Can be made, covered and refrigerated up to 2 hours in advance.
