his juice is fun to make and it tastes delicious.
All the ingredients are organic, so it's perfect for growing kids and health-conscious adults.
You will need:
A knife
A blender
A glass measuring cup
A tall drinking glass
Ingredients:
1 organic golden kiwi, washed
6 Cascadian Farms frozen organic strawberries (about ½ cup)
¾ cup R.W. Knudsen organic apple juice
Instructions:
Cut the ends off the kiwi. Hold the kiwi with one cut end down and cut it in half. Cut the halves in half. Use the knife or your fingers to take the skin off. Throw away the skin and the ends. Put the kiwi pieces in the blender.
Count 6 frozen strawberries into the blender.
Measure ¾ cup apple juice and pour it into the blender. It should just about cover the fruit. If there's a lot of fruit that is above the juice, pour in a little more juice.
Cover the blender and blend everything for about 1 minute, until everything is smooth.
Pour the juice into a glass and drink it right away.
