Ingredients:
½ cup Gelson's Finest Salsa
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients, stirring until blended.
- Place meat to be tenderized in a bowl and pour the mixture on top.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
- Marinate overnight.
- When cooking, brush on the remaining marinade three or four times on each side.
