Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 box Near East brand couscous, original plain flavor
- 1 8-3/4 ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup raisins, chopped
Directions:
- In a medium pot, combine water, olive oil, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
Cover and bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, garbanzo beans, and
raisins. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff
lightly with a fork before serving.
