Recipe List
A Jessica Siegel & Kid-Friendly Recipe
Serves 1 or many

This is a fun sweet snack for kids to make. They get to have their cookies, and some important protein, fiber, and minerals, too.

    You will need:
  • A teaspoon or other small spoon
    Ingredients:
  • 2 Health Valley fat-free raisin oatmeal cookies
  • 1 teaspoon Laura Scudder's smooth peanut butter
  • 5 Pavich organic jumbo raisins
  • 1 cup Alta Dena organic fat-free milk (optional)
    Instructions:
  1. Place two raisin oatmeal cookies on a plate, flat side up.

  2. Open the jar of peanut butter. If there is any oil on top, pour it off into a plastic baggie and throw it in the trash.

  3. Use the spoon to put one small spoonful of peanut butter on one of the cookies.

  4. Arrange 5 raisins on top of the peanut butter.

  5. Close the sandwich with the other cookie.

  6. Enjoy with a glass of milk.
