Organic Black Bean Dip

This dip is perfect for those who like to snack on crunchy foods. Crunchy textures and big flavors are very satisfying, so this tasty combination makes a great snack. 1 can Westbrae organic black beans, rinsed and drained 1/2 cup plus 2-3 tablespoons Casa Sanchez medium salsa organica, divided 1 teaspoon Napa Valley organic olive oil 3/4 teaspoon Spice Hunter organic ground cumin 1/8 teaspoon ground chili powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 3 ounces Guiltless Gourmet organic baked blue corn tortilla chips 24 Bunny-Luv organic baby carrots
– Combine black beans, 1/2 cup salsa, oil, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper in the work bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. – Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in 2-3 tablespoon of salsa to taste. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips and baby carrots. |
