Sesame Ginger Marinade

    Ingredients:

  • ½ cup dry red wine
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. Oriental dark-roastd sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until completely mixed.
  2. Remove ¼ cup of the marinade and refrigerate.
  3. Place meat in a plastic bag and add the marinade.
  4. Close the bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator 6-8 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. When ready to grill, place the meat on the grill over hot coals.
  6. Grill 12-15 minutes, or until meat is cooked to your liking, turning once or twice and brush with remaining marinade.
