Sesame Ginger Marinade
Ingredients:
- ½ cup dry red wine
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Oriental dark-roastd sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until completely mixed.
- Remove ¼ cup of the marinade and refrigerate.
- Place meat in a plastic bag and add the marinade.
- Close the bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator 6-8 hours, turning occasionally.
- When ready to grill, place the meat on the grill over hot coals.
- Grill 12-15 minutes, or until meat is cooked to your liking, turning once or twice and brush with remaining marinade.
