Hailing from Hatch, New Mexico, these bursting-with-flavor peppers (spicy and a little sweet) are headlining a bunch of our delightful Kitchen dishes. Cooking at home? Purchase a case (or two!) of our freshly roasted Hatch Chiles and delight your taste buds with our delectable recipes!
Pickup & Delivery will be on the following weekends:
- August 20-21 - Order by 8/17 at 4pm
- August 27-28 - Order by 8/24 at 4pm
- September 3-4 - Order by 8/31 at 4pm

Sold by the case - Hatch Chiles come packed in a 25 lb carton but once roasted yield down to roughly 18 lb.
