Gelson's loves animals, and we work with nearly a dozen pet rescue groups throughout various store locations. We will host a pet adoption with Loving All Animals at our Gelson's Rancho Mirage location on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you're interested in adopting and adding a furry member to your family, please come out!

About Loving All Animals: 

Loving All Animals' mission is to bring together local, regional, and national animal welfare organizations to maximize the programs aimed at stopping the killing of animals. Incorporated in 2008 to fill a void in the animal welfare community within the Coachella Valley, the agency sought to be the conduit for the welfare of the valley’s animals. Lindi Biggi, founder of Loving All Animals, believed that if all shelters and rescue organizations could work cooperatively, the animals would ultimately be the beneficiaries. Since its inception, Loving All Animals has been diligent in providing animal sheltering, adoption, training, support, and humane education programs to the community.
