Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

I large ripe organic banana mashed
1 packet Nature’s Path organic original instant oatmeal
3 tablespoons Nestle toll house dark chocolate morsels


Preheat oven to 350� Fahrenheit. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana and oatmeal until the oats are moist. Mix in the chocolate chips. Use a soup spoon to drop 12 smallish balls of batter onto the paper and lightly flatten with the back of the spoon. These cookies do not spread.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until light golden on the edges. Allow to cool slightly before eating. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
