Cheesy Sauteed Broccoli

Serves: 3


1 10 ounce bag Stahlbush Island Farms frozen broccoli florets thawed and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 teaspoons Napa Valley organic olive oil
1 large clove Melissas organic garlic chopped
1/8 teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargue fleur de sel sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons finely grated imported Reggiano Parmesan cheese


Heat oil over medium heat in a 10 inch skillet. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Cook stirring frequently until tender and heated through, about three to four minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and mix in cheese.
