Scallion Brown Rice



Scallion Brown Rice

1 quart Health Valley Fat Free chicken broth
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Lite soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1 bag Success brown rice
3 scallions ends trimmed green and white parts thinly sliced


In a medium pot bring chicken broth, soy sauce and bay leaves to a boil. Add rice bag and cook on high for 10 minutes. Use tongs to lift the bag out of the liquid and let it drain. Cut the bag open and empty the rice into a serving bowl. Mix in scallions and serve.
