Snap Pea and Cabbage Salad

Serves: 4


5 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 bag Manns stringless sugar snap peas
1/4 head red cabbage thinly sliced
4 tablespoons Flanigan Farms cashews toasted
2 tablespoons Chavrie goat cheese crumbled


In a small cup or bowl combine the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

In a salad bowl, combine snap peas, cabbage, cashews and goat cheese. Toss dressing with salad and serve.
