Spiced Butternut Squash

2 8 ounce bags Veg land organic butternut squash pieces cut into uniform 1/2 inch cubes
1 tablespoon Napa Valley organic olive oil
1/8 teaspoon McCormick organic cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon Spice Hunter organic ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon McCormick ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick organic black pepper
1 large clove Melissas organic garlic crushed


Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit.

Toss all ingredients together in a roasting pan and arrange in a single layer. Cook 30 to 40 minutes, until squash is tender and beginning to brown on the edges, tossing occasionally.
