Antipasto Brochettes

Serves: 12

Ingredients

12 each – Pitted Kalamata Olive
12 each – Ciliegine Mozzarella Balls
12 each – Large Basil Leaves, Fresh
12 each – Sundried Tomatoes, rehydrated
4 oz – Basil Pesto
2 oz – Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Using a knotted bamboo pick, skewer the mozzarella wrapped in basil, sundried tomatoes, and Kalamata olives in that order.
  2. Brush basil pesto over the top of each skewer.
  3. Place skewers on a small catering tray and drizzle olive oil over the top.
