Baked Brie Bread Bowl Recipe
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice the top off a round bread boule and hollow out the center. Slice cuts into the bread all the way around the edge, then add a layer of jam in the hollowed-out part.
- Score the top of the Brie, then place the wheel inside the bread bowl.
- Spoon more jam over the top and add fresh rosemary + pecans.
- Add olive oil to the sliced cuts of the bread and bake for 20 minutes, until golden and melty.
- Add an extra sprinkle of rosemary or a drizzle of honey if you like.
- Pull apart the bread, dip, and enjoy immediately!
