Baked Brie Bread Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

Rosemary Boule
Brie
Jam
Fresh Rosemary
Candied Pecans
Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the top off a round bread boule and hollow out the center. Slice cuts into the bread all the way around the edge, then add a layer of jam in the hollowed-out part.
  3. Score the top of the Brie, then place the wheel inside the bread bowl.
  4. Spoon more jam over the top and add fresh rosemary + pecans.
  5. Add olive oil to the sliced cuts of the bread and bake for 20 minutes, until golden and melty.
  6. Add an extra sprinkle of rosemary or a drizzle of honey if you like.
  7. Pull apart the bread, dip, and enjoy immediately!
