Gourmet Charcuterie Nachos

Ingredients

1 Bag of Potato Chips (your favorite thick-cut variety)
1 Pack of Gelson's Charcuterie Trio
1 Container of BelGioioso Burrata Cheese
4 Tablespoons of Divina Caramelized Onion Jam
A Drizzle of Balsamic Glaze
A Sprinkle of Shredded Parmesan
1 Handful of Arugula (Optional)

Directions

  1. Spread your thick-cut potato chips out on a serving platter.
  2. From Gelson’s Charcuterie Trio, pick your favorite slices and shred on top of the chips.
  3. Add dollops of creamy Belgioioso burrata across the top.  
  4. Sprinkle fresh arugula for a peppery bite.
