- In a blender, combine the honeydew, cucumber, coconut water, lime juice, lime zest, mint leaves, and salt. Blend until smooth for 2 to 4 minutes.
- Strain the melon cooler through a fine-mesh sieve into a serving pitcher. Serve the melon cooler over glasses filled with ice. Garnish with cucumber slices and mint leaves. Enjoy!
