Join us for a live cutting and tasting of a 60 kg (132 lb) whole bluefin tuna, celebrated for its rich flavor, exquisite marbling, and delicate texture. Watch as the RedShell Sushi team expertly breaks down the fish, sharing insights into each prized cut, from akami to otoro.

This is an exclusive event and is limited to the first 40 RSVPs/Pre-Payments. Tickets are $100 per person plus tax.
