Jewish Holiday Dinner Reheating Instructions
Rotisserie Chicken
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Place chickens in a shallow baking pan or casserole with a very small amount of water in the bottom. Cover with foil and heat in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
Microwave: Place chicken into microwave and cover with paper towel. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on microwave strength, or until internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Beef Brisket with Julienne Vegetables and Brooklyn Brisket
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Place the brisket with vegetables and just on top in a shallow baking pan or casserole. Cover with foil and heat in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
Microwave: Place brisket, vegetables and jus into microwave and cover with paper towel. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on microwave strength, or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Chicken Broth and Matzo Balls
Stovetop: Place all in a medium size saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Placed in bowl and serve.
Microwave: Place broth and matzo into microwave and cover with paper towel. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on microwave strength, or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Tzimmes
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Place in a small casserole and cover with foil. Heat in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through or internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Microwave: Place tzimmes into microwave and cover with paper towel. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on microwave strength, or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Noodle or Potato Kugel
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Place in a small casserole and cover with foil. Heat in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave: Place kugel into microwave and cover with paper towel. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on microwave strength, or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Potato/Zucchini/Sweet Potato Latkes
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Place on a cookie sheet or foil tray and heat in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until heated through or internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Microwave: Place latkes into microwave and cover with paper towel. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on microwave strength, or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.

Turkey
To Serve Hot
Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove plastic bag. Plastic leg band can be left in place during heating. Place turkey in roasting pan and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover turkey loosely with foil. Remove foil from the top of the turkey the last 12 minutes to brown. Let turkey set for 10 minutes before carving.
The turkey is fully cooked. To reheat to 140°F, use a meat thermometer to verify and reheat using the below chart as a guideline:

Spiral Half or Whole Ham
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place the ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan and add ½ cup water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil. Reheat the ham for 10-12 minutes per pound or until a meat thermometer reaches 140° (approximately 80-90 minutes for half).
If glazing, remove ham from oven at 125° and follow directions on ham glaze packet.
Prime Rib - Certified Angus Beef®
Prime Rib is already fully cooked to rare. Reheat to desired degree of doneness. Preheat oven to 325°. Place roast and juices in covered baking pan and add 1 cup of water. Cook time approximately 45-90 minutes depending upon desired degree of doneness. Check with a meat thermometer. Remove cover for last 5-10 minutes to caramelize

Brisket
Preheat oven to 325°. Remove brisket from packaging and place in a roasting pan. Reserve the au jus from the packaging and add it to the roasting pan and cover with foil. Heat approximately 1-1 ½ hours or until desired temperature/doneness is achieved.

Prime Rib Brisket Dinner for Two
PRIME RIB/BRISKET
Oven: Preheat oven to 325° and remove lid from tray. Add 3 tablespoons au jus and cover with aluminum foil. Place container in center of the oven and heat for 12-15 minutes or until desired temperature is achieved.
Microwave: Remove lid from tray and place in microwave oven. Heat in one-minute increments until desired temperature is achieved. Black and gold container can be used in oven or microwave. Keep refrigerated until ready to heat.
CORNBREAD STUFFING/MASHED POTATOES/CREAMED SPINACH
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°. Remove tray from sleeve. Lift up one corner of film on tray. Place tray onto a sheet pan (do not place tray directly on oven rack). Bake 30-40 minutes if frozen or 20-25 minutes if thawed - stir occasionally. Remove from oven and allow to rest for two minutes before serving. Keep refrigerated until ready to heat.

Oven: Preheat oven to 325°. Remove tray from sleeve. Lift up one corner of film on tray and remove glaze pouch. Place tray onto a sheet pan (do not place tray directly on oven rack). Bake 30-40 minutes if frozen or 20-25 minutes if thawed - stir occasionally. Remove from oven and allow to rest for two minutes. Drizzle glaze over top and serve. Keep refrigerated until ready to heat.

Microwave: Remove tray from sleeve. Lift up one corner of film on tray. Heat on HIGH for 4-5 minutes if frozen or 2-3 minutes if thawed - stir occasionally. Remove from microwave. Let sit for two minutes before serving. Keep refrigerated until ready to heat.
HORSERADISH SAUCE
To be served cold
Turkey Breast/Sliced Ham/Poached Salmon/Spicy Salmon Dinner For Two
ROASTED TURKEY/SLICED HAM/SPICY SALMON
Oven: Preheat oven to 325° and remove lid from tray. Add 3 tablespoons water to cover bottom of container (no water for the Spicy Salmon). Cover with aluminum foil and place container in center of the oven. Heat for 12-15 minutes or until desired temperature is achieved.
Microwave: Remove lid from tray and place in microwave oven. Heat in one-minute increments until desired temperature is achieved. Black and gold container can be used in oven or microwave. Keep refrigerated until ready to heat.
POACHED SALMON
To be served cold.

Impossible® Meatloaf with Maple Tomato Glaze
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover meatloaf with aluminum foil and place aluminum loaf pan on a baking sheet. Heat in the oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through or internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Microwave: Remove Impossible Meatloaf from aluminum loaf pan and place in a microwave safe container. Reheat for 3-5 minutes, depending on microwave strength, or until internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
GARLIC ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F and remove the plastic lid from the gold/black container. Place in the oven 8-10 minutes until heated through or internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Microwave: Remove the plastic lid and reheat in gold/black container for 3-4 minutes until the desired temperature is achieved.
GARLIC ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F and remove the plastic lid from the gold/black container. Place in the oven 8-10 minutes until heated through or internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
Microwave: Remove the plastic lid and reheat in gold/black container for 3-4 minutes until the desired temperature is achieved.
