Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Blackberry Mojito
The mood is mojitos in the sunshine! For this recipe, we hold the rum and muddle up the fresh mint with a handful of summer blackberries. They give the nonalcoholic drink a fruity lilt without tipping it too sweet. A little lime juice, a splash of club soda, and it’s a refreshing end to a hot day — or a cool beginning to a fun night with friends. You pick!
