Salsa in a Snap

Appetizer

14 1/2 oz can Mexican style stewed tomatoes

8 oz can no salt added tomato sauce

7 oz can diced Ortega green chilies

1 diced Ortega jalapeno peppers

3 green onions chopped including green part

Fresh cilantro stemmed and chopped

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

water

Chop stewed tomatoes, reserving juices.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add water to desired consistency.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
